Apply for Financial Assistance for Books and Supplies (for Graduates and Post Graduates for the Spring Semester 2023)
One of the missions of the Academic Empowerment Foundation Inc., (AEF) is to provide Financial Assistance only to students from the Washington DC Metro Area, to help them purchase books and supplies.
Limited funds are donated to the AEF from Federal Government Employees, United States Postal Employees, Federal Retirees, and Department of Defense Personnel worldwide and within the Washington DC Metro Area through the National Area Combined Federal Campaign Annual Events.
Federal Government Employees donate funds to our charity to support programs available PRIMARILY for students who are from or whose home residence is within the Washington DC National Capital Area.
Guidelines:
- Must be incoming or current undergraduate college students (academic year 2022-2023)
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must produce and submit their entry as an individual and not a group or team
- Must submit a copy of your transcript (unofficial or official)
- Please ask two individuals who know you well to submit letters of recommendation. At least one letter should be from a teacher or other school professional
The Academic Empowerment Foundation (AEF) will accept requests for Books and Supplies for the 2023 Spring Semester from Dec 4, 2022 through Dec 31, 2022 (11:59 PM ET).
Application Packages will not be accepted after 11:59 PM ET, Dec 31, 2022.
